Hello, I'm Jenna Eldstrom, RN, BS, PHN, NC-BC. 

 

I'm so happy that you've found your way here. As a registered nurse of more than 16 years, I've come to realize that nothing is more important than your wellbeing. 

 

I have worked for several years in palliative care with patients who have chronic illness and multiple comorbidities. Alongside patients I have supported and educated caregivers. 

 

Caregiving is really, really hard. It looks different for everyone but I can assure you there is hope.

​My hope is to come alongside you in this journey and help you become deeply rooted in who you are meant to be. I believe you were created to do amazing things and be the best version of yourself.
